Throughout the warranty periods you can easily obtain replacement parts because each unit is individually registered with a warranty identification number prominently displayed on a special sticker for your convenience. Refer to this ID number when you call to order new parts.

All grids come secured in place between panes, which allows for easy cleaning without removing or working around grids.

For Lansing New Construction Windows and all Patio Doors, we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering any factory defects, as well as a 25-Year Limited Warranty against failure of the insulated glass.
